Jim Groves is a licensed Master Plumber with 28 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing trade. After beginning his plumbing career in the United States Air Force in 1998, Jim has spent decades working across residential and commercial environments, developing deep technical knowledge through real-world problem solving and field experience.
A veteran, Jim brings a disciplined, methodical approach to his work, emphasizing preparation, accountability, and attention to detail. He believes that clear communication and respect for a customer’s space are just as important as technical skill, and he approaches every job with the goal of doing it correctly the first time.
Jim’s experience allows him to confidently assess complex issues, make sound decisions based on code knowledge and long-term reliability, and deliver professional results without unnecessary up-selling or pressure.
